World Book Day
Today was 5A's chance to put on a school Assembly. We began by telling the school about the Apollo 11 Mission before starting our big surprise. We performed a few dances along with some FlashMob help from the children in Senior Infants, First Class and Sixth Class. The rest if the classes knew nothing about the other classes participating and the while school loved the performance. Well done everyone and a huge thanks to Niamh who is in the school on Teaching practice for teaching us all the dance moves.

Student Council Elections
Today was the day we went to the Polls to elect our new Student Council Representative. We had 7 children going for election. The very best of luck to all of them. Judging by the quality of their speeches during the week 5A will be well represented whoever is elected.

We now have pages for both History and PE.
Space Week is over for another year. The children will probably happy to return to Earth again for a bit. Have a look at our dedicated Space Week page to see all of the different things we got up to.
